Refund, Transfer, and Related Services Policy – Future Skills Company

At Future Skills Company, we are committed to delivering a high-quality training experience. To avoid any misunderstanding, we clarify below our official policy regarding refunds, transfers, assessments, and related services:

1. Refund Policy After Registration

Once registration is completed and payment is made for any of our training programs (including short courses or diploma programs), it is considered a full commitment to participate in the program.

Accordingly, no cash refunds will be granted under any circumstances—whether the program has started or not, and regardless of attendance—since all resources are allocated based on the number of registered participants.


2. Alternatives to Refunds

To accommodate our clients" needs, we offer flexible alternatives in case the trainee is unable to continue in the enrolled program:

    Training Credit: The paid amount can be stored as training credit for future use within a mutually agreed period.

  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Transfer to Another Participant: Fees may be transferred to another individual, provided the program has not started and after notifying the company officially.

  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Transfer to Another Program: The paid amount may be applied to a different training program. If the new program costs more, the trainee must pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will not be refunded.

Note: These alternatives are available only once per registration, and cannot be repeated unless approved in writing by the company management.

3. Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) Exams

Some of our programs are subject to official exams regulated by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC). Please note the following:

    Short Course Exam Fee: SAR 50 to be paid before the exam.

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Diploma Exam Fee: SAR 100 to be paid before the exam.

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Retake: In the case of failure, the trainee may retake the exam after paying the exam fee again.

  • \\\\n

Note: Not all programs require official exams. Please verify with customer support before registration.

4. Certificates and Shipping

Certificates are issued in electronic format and sent to the trainee"s registered email address.

If a printed certificate is requested, shipping costs will be borne by the trainee, based on the selected shipping method.


5. Program Delays or Changes

Future Skills reserves the right to delay or reschedule a training program in the event of:

    Insufficient participant enrollment

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Or due to administrative or unforeseen reasons

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n

In such cases, the trainee will be given the option to:

  • \\\\n

    Transfer to a future schedule

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Convert the amount into training credit

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n
  • \\\\n

    Or choose an alternative program of equal value

    \\\\n
  • \\\\n


6. Official Communication

All registration, cancellation, and transfer requests must be made through official channels only.

Verbal or undocumented communications will not be considered valid.


7. Trainee Acknowledgment

By completing registration and payment, the trainee acknowledges that they have read and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy. This constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
