We do not view complaints as a burden, but rather as a gateway to understanding the needs of our trainees and exceeding the expectations we always strive to meet.

Out of our commitment to respectful and attentive service, we have established a dedicated team to receive and handle complaints and suggestions with full professionalism and confidentiality.

Processing Time:
All complaints are handled within a maximum of three (3) business days from the date of receipt, with continuous follow-up until the case is fully resolved.

Constructive suggestions are forwarded to the relevant management teams for review and possible inclusion in future quality and improvement plans.
